Unlike chemical overhaul, Kingsmen Aircon’s chemical wash service only requires partial dismantling of your AC unit (only removing the front panel, outer cover & air filter) before chemically treating the remaining components.

Our Aircon Chemical Wash Process

Step 1: We start off by removing front panel, outer cover, and air filters (partial dismantling)

Step 2: Next, a removable frame with a tarpaulin bag will be set up on the wall below your aircon unit to collect the chemical solution and waste water later.

We brush the external parts and check the cooling coil. In the event that we find anything defective, we will bring it to your attention. We then begin spraying the chemical agent onto the cooling coil, then flush after 10 minutes.

Step 3: Next, we move on to the indoor drainage tray. We clean the parts and ensure it is free of dirt, debris, mould or any blockages that may have formed over time. This process eliminates any foul smell or cooling problems.

Step 4: After cleaning the drainage tray, we start vacuuming it along with the drainage pipes to dry off water and chemicals. We ensure that all the parts are cleaned and treated thoroughly before fixing back the air filter, front panel & outer cover.

Step 5: Our servicemen will check the outdoor unit as well as the compressor suction and discharge pressure. We follow a test and run system that will ensure your aircon is cleaned and restored to its maximum efficiency and functionality.
