Our AC Chemical Overhaul Process

The entire servicing process is simple:

First, our technicians will dismantle the entire fancoil unit (wall-mounted and cassette types).

We will then spray our proprietary chemical cleaning solution onto each part, such as: cooling coil, blower wheel, drainage tray, cover, air filter, and fancoil body and leave it on for 10-15 minutes.
Following which, the chemical solution will be thoroughly washed off with clean water and dried.

Next we will vacuum the drainage pipe before reassembling back the aircon unit.
Our technician will complete a test run of the unit and check for any faulty parts.
Finally, we will check that the cooling system is functioning properly.
