At KM Air-Conditioning, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy cool and refreshing air from a well-functioning aircon. Maintaining the AC system in tip-top condition requires regular servicing and maintenance.

This is why we established KM Air-Conditioning with the aim of providing professional air-conditioning services to homes and offices in Singapore.

Our Mission

Started by two brothers who have been in the aircon industry for over a decade, we have since grown to a team of professional AC technicians well experienced in servicing all types and brands of air-conditioning systems intended for residential or commercial use.

Our technicians carry out all our aircon servicing works with professionalism by first understanding your issues, making the correct diagnosis of the problem before recommending and providing the appropriate servicing/repair works.

We never upsell unnecessary servicing to our customers just to make a fast buck.

Our team values honesty and integrity to build long-term relationships with our customers. We know that it can be challenging to find good and professional servicing in the aircon servicing industry but we strive to be one of those to set the standards in this industry.

Our Services

  • General aircon servicing (no chemical agents used)
  • Chemical overhaul (extensive cleaning service with use of chemical agents to remove stubborn stains and grease. Full dismantling of fancoil unit)
  • Chemical wash (‘onsite’ cleaning with used chemical agents. Partial dismantling of fancoil unit)
  • Gas top up (topping up of aircon refrigerant)

We also offer maintenance contract cleaning on quarterly and bi-annually basis.

  • Repairs – for unexpected breakdowns/malfunction
  • Installation – new and replacement AC units
